HEMS (Helicopter Emergency Medical System) rescue bag for transporting an injured person.
Protective bag for completely enclosing the patient, made of tear-resistant, waterproof special Perlon fabric.
The endlessly sewn carrying strap made of 45mm PES webbing allows even weight distribution for perfect horizontal positioning of the injured person.
NEW: Includes an opening in the upper body area. This opening is opened using two zippers and is used to attach and use a CPR machine. The TYRchild product for child rescue can also be inserted into this opening.
Leg area - two zippers allow the foot area to be completely opened and stowed there. This area is covered with tarpaulin for easier cleaning.
Head area - new pump pocket in this area for a compact vacuum pump. The compact vacuum pump is easily removable using a buckle. Reflective stripes and the yellow color of the bag allow the head area to be determined even from the helicopter.
The endlessly sewn 45mm PES webbing ensures even weight distribution for perfect horizontal positioning of the injured person. With an integrated restraint belt (IRG) for securing the patient longitudinally and transversely and four external retaining straps, this allows the rescue bag and the injured person to be secured to the corresponding hardpoints in the cabin.
Leg loops for securing the injured person in a caudal direction, openable via frame buckles, can be applied independently or together with a vacuum mattress or other positioning device to the lying patient. These prevent the injured person from slipping in the rescue bag in the direction of their feet (e.g., when winching into the cabin) and allow the rescue bag to be used vertically for short periods.
Suspension: 10-point suspension with high-strength ropes and sewn-in eyes, centrally combined into two Deltalinks.
