Light but solid mountain stretcher for the transport of injured persons in all kind of terrain, for ropeing up or down, dragging over rock or ice, carrying and riding on the single wheel - whereever a good protection of the injured and a rugged device are required.
Less than 14 kg total weight, divisible
into 3 loads of appr. 4,5 kg are unequaled at a real mountain stretcher. But
of course, there are no compromises.
The frame is manufactured from light-weight, high precission steel tubing.
This material provides unequalled resistance against wear when ropeing - up
or -down on rock or dragging in gravel. The frame is powder-coated in red
color for additional wear - resistance.
The proved, circle-sector shaped frame design is the best choice for easy handling in all kind of terrain. The flat lying area for the injured is totally protected from side-impacts by a rail that surounds the whole stretcher. This rail is, besides its main protecting function, a very handy grip that allows to hold the stretcher at any position. The two base runners are shaped in a circle-sector for optimum handling and retracted to the center to provide more space for the legs of the rescuer when ropeing up or down in steep rock.
